I also reserve my right to seek payment from you for any delinquent payment that is not provided by or upon the date due by enlisting the help of a collections agency, and I may exercise my right to report your delinquent payment to all three credit reporting agencies, either directly or through the help of a collections agency.

Members may cancel their membership at any time. You may cancel your membership in your account settings at www.almucorazon.com or by emailing me at info@almucorazon.com. Membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional membership charges. If membership is cancelled or terminated before the end of the applicable billing cycle, Almu Corazon will not reimburse the Member for the remainder of that period.
In exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Almu Corazon, I may permit the remaining unused membership to be transferred.
By using and/or purchasing any of my Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services, and Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
TERMINATION. You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in my Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services, and Program Materials at any time through your account dashboard on www.almucorazon.com or by sending an email to info@almucorazon.com.
I reserve the right in my sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to my Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services, and Program Materials, in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an email to the email address you provided upon purchase of the Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services, and Program Materials.
In the event of cancellation or termination by either of me, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION. t is hoped that should I ever have any differences, I could be able to work them out amiably through email correspondence. However, should I be unable to seek resolution within a reasonable time, you agree now that the only method of legal dispute resolution that will be used is binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, selected jointly, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Rules. You understand and agree now that the only remedy that can be awarded to you through arbitration is full refund of your Payment made to date. No other actions or financial awards of consequential damages, or any other type of damages, may be granted to you. We both agree now that the decision of the arbitrator is final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment into any court having the appropriate jurisdiction.
By purchasing my Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services and Program Materials you are agreeing to a modification of the statute of limitations such that any arbitration must be begun within one (1) year of the date of your email to me referenced above or you waive the right to seek dispute resolution by arbitration or to take any other legal action.
You also agree that should arbitration take place, it will be held in the State of Connecticut, where my business is registered, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable attorneys' fees and all costs necessary to enforce the decision of the arbitrator.

Where requested by law or arbitration, of course, you are not prohibited from sharing your thoughts and opinions as a part of the legal process.
