Where Decisions Carry Weight
At 26, I founded my consulting practice in New York City, advising business leaders and international thought leaders as digital communication redefined reputation and influence. My work expanded internationally before Robert L. Dilenschneider, one of my early clients and an established counselor to senior leaders, recruited me to lead new-media strategy at The Dilenschneider Group, with offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Chicago. 

There, my work moved across C-suite counsel, reputation, crisis communications, and complex, often confidential matters. Much of that work will never appear in a portfolio. That is intentional.

Those years sharpened a discipline that continues to define my work today: the most consequential issue in the room is not always the most visible one.

Through Systemic Connection, I now bring that perspective to Agency, Systemic Intelligence and Performance, helping leaders, family businesses and children see more clearly what is shaping an outcome, understand where their influence lies, and decide what comes next.

Different challenges can emerge from very different circumstances. My work begins by understanding the system influencing the outcome, establishing where responsibility and choice actually lie, and translating that clarity into deliberate action.

Know what is yours to influence. Agency begins with position. I help individuals and leaders clarify responsibility, establish boundaries, challenge inherited expectations, and make intentional choices about their professional, financial, and personal direction.

 

SYSTEMIC INTELLIGENCE

See what is shaping the situation. No decision exists in isolation. I examine the relationships, patterns, loyalties, authority structures, and competing interests influencing a person, family, or organization, revealing dynamics that conventional analysis can overlook.

 

PERFORMANCE

Turn clarity into meaningful action. Insight matters when it changes how you operate. We translate greater agency and systemic understanding into stronger decisions, leadership, relationships, adaptability, and sustainable performance across professional and personal systems.

PROFESSIONAL Constellations

In difficult times, we face many heavy emotions, public embarrassment, and stress that affect our capability to act and make decisions. As a result, we hide our true essence, fearing making it worse, which can get us stuck or push us back into a more challenging problem.

I use the Professional Constellation approach to analyze my client's situation as a system, identifying the business and personal variables attached to negative patterns causing the problem to spin around with very little to non-progress.

Looking at the situation as a whole, I consider how sales, marketing, PR, digital communication, and branding play a role in exclusion or rejection. Analyzing which emotions, constant criticism or personal judgment, and family history are causing friction with my client's desire to move forward.

My perspective was shaped by a multigenerational family business background and a career advising leaders and organizations across complex business environments. Today, I bring strategic thinking and systemic intelligence together to uncover the patterns, relationships and pressures influencing decisions, performance and change.
